This is a sneak peek of my step-by-step 13 day challenge designed to help you stop reacting from old conditioning, break cycles, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and hella self-respect. (aka becoming a badass)

In 13 days with me you’ll learn how to:

✔ identify the patterns that keep you stuck, feeling anxious, or at the mercy of everyone else’s needs, wants, and preferences

✔ access and hear the wise, powerful inner voice you’ve been trained to ignore/tune out/push down

✔ make decisions fast af and confidently with the PATH Method™ I created myself

friendly reminder: you have the power of choice, woman!!

Keep letting your old, tired operating systems run the show (staying stuck, unsatisfied, going through the motions, unfulfilled, checked out, blah, etc.)…

OR

Learn how to start uninstalling the bullshit from the past so you can finally feel alive again. Free. Fulfilled. Passionate. Meaningfully connected to yourself, the people you love, and your purpose. Cycle breaker type shit.

Will you choose a different path this time?

You know that thing where you say yes when your whole body is like “nooooooo.” Where you keep the peace even when it costs you your own damn peace. Where you feel "off" and can't explain why, so you just push through and deal with it because that's what you do? (Damn, G. You’re resilient. I know this.)

But that’s not who you are and I know for damn sure that’s not how this life was meant to go for you. That's a program (someone ELSE’S program!!) running in the background. It’s a big ass pile of bullshit that’s making it so hard to hear your inner voice.

This is a taste of Root Work, the 13-day challenge I’m building to help you find the difference between those two guiding forces and actually trust yourself again.

We all have loops we get stuck in. Part of being human, ya’ know?

  • people pleasing that leaves you feeling empty and weird

  • the “shoulds” that drown out what you actually want

  • hypervigilance that keeps you tense, anxious af, exhausted, on guard

  • the feeling that you’re performing, doing what you feel like you’re “supposed to do” instead of reallllllly living

That’s not “just how you are.” And it’s not a f*cking “personality trait” either.

It’s the installed operating systems from your past…and I had to work hard af to break free from mine.

I’m building this challenge to help you start uninstalling yours and reconnect with who you actually are underneath all that conditioning (aka bullshit that’s wasting your one precious life away lol).

meet your OSes

What I learned in my own growth journey was that there’s three operating systems installed in you, and none of them are a permanent part of your personality or identity.

Your Family OS is the rulebook you inherited without choice…because you were just a lil’ one and you didn’t really have a choice. Keep the peace. Don't be too much. Be good, be easy, be low-maintenance. Whatever it takes to get me safe and loved.

Your Cultural OS is the "should" machine. Should be further along. Should look like that. Should have it together by now. Should have a more aesthetic living room, trendier clothes, clearer skin, a better relationship with so-and-so, ughhhhh the list goes on forever for women.

Your Survival OS is the part of you that learned to appease, disappear, or overachieve because at some point that felt like the only way to stay safe from judgment, criticism, someone else’s anger or disapproval, etc.

They all had a job once. Keeping little you safe, loved, accepted. The problem is they never stop doing their job unless grown up you decides to grow. And now these operating systems are the ones answering your texts, making your decisions, running your life, dude. And this is part of why you feel weird inside.

It isn’t you.

sneak peek: a brief overview of one of the somatic practices inside Root Work

Try this right now →

This takes less than two minutes…feels dumb to do…but makes a really good connection between your body (aka inherent wisdom) and your logical mind.

Step 1: Say out loud, "I hate puppies." Say it a few times. Really commit to the bit here. Say it like you mean it lol trust meeeee

Now check in with your body. Chest tight? Stomach doing something weird? Face scrunched? Kinda feeling contracted or shrunk up…

That's a no. That's what your body does when something isn't right for you. (And you’ve subconsciously learned to ignore this feeling from the younnnnggesssttttt age.)

Step 2: Shake it off. Roll your shoulders, wiggle around, look out the window. Reset.

Step 3: Now say, "I love puppies." Notice what happens. Chest looser? Breath deeper? Little smile you didn't plan on? More of an expansive feeling?

That's a yes, babe. That's your body telling the truth before your brain gets all wonky, overly involved in your decision making processes, and your conditioning makes you go against what’s right for you.

Your body's been communicating with you like this your whole life. You just got really good at ignoring it because women are TRAINED TO ABANDON THEIR “YES” AND IGNORE WHAT THEY FEEL.

This won’t be basic self-help or vague "find yourself" woo-woo shit.

This will be a structured, day-by-day process that gives you:

→ clear, simple, daily challenges (10-20 min max, quick but powerful)

→ somatic exercises that actually work with your nervous system

→ a repeatable framework (my PATH Method™) you'll use for the rest of your life, particularly helpful for making decisions under pressure

→ real tools for handling resistance to growth (both internal + external, because pushback comes from all angles when you’re the caterpillar turning into the butterfly hehehe)

Most personal development work teaches you WHAT to do but not HOW to actually do it when life gets messy or other’s push back against you changing.

I want this experience to teach you both.

And it's designed for you, babe. The one who’s goooood and ready to actually change, not just think about changing and say, “That would be nice. Maybe later. I’m too busy.”

sneak peek 2: a mental construct we will break down and rebuild inside the challenge: the two voices in your head

There's a Security Guard in there. Its job is keeping you safe, so it's loud, urgent, and a little paranoid. It sounds like "don't rock the boat, don’t cause a problem, don’t make this difficult for them" and "what if this goes wrong, what if I let them down, what if I f*ck this up.” Lil’ Security Guard pal is our default voice.

And thennnn…there's the Guide. Steady, calm, grounded. The Guide doesn't need to convince you of anything, it just knows. It sounds less like panic and a loooot more like love, clarity, and alignment, even when what it's telling you to do or say feels scary.

Learning to tell them apart is most of the work. The other stuff, boundaries, confidence, actually trusting yourself, all of it builds on this one skill of differentiation.

Root Work will go 13 days deep into the specifics of the growth work I did to start my journey of reaching for my higher self. Every OS you're running, how to hear your own inner voice in real time, what to do when your growth pisses people off or pushes them away (it will, it’s supposed to), how to bounce back when you slip (you will, we all do), and the exact method I use to actually act on what my body's telling me instead of just noticing it and pushing what I notice away because it feels confusing and too hard to navigate.

The challenge isn’t ready for you yet, but babe listen. I’m putting my whole heart into this and I’m so excited to share it with you. I really hope it helps you the way this work has helped me.

Here’s how the rough draft has landed so far:

And I’m stoked to do this challenge with you when I’m done fixing up the final edits!! It’s growth bestie type shit.

Oh, and one last thing:

Whether you end up doing the Root Work challenge with me or not, here’s what I need you to know.

You absolutely f*cking do deserve to meet, know, and learn to love the next version of yourself.

You deserve to meet the most commanding, strong, confident version of you, and you are a badass right here and now, too. I will always be here to remind you of that, because it’s what I believe so many women need in a world where we’re taught to play small, settle for what’s “normal,” and follow the stupid rules.

May you continue to break toxic cycles, heal what hurts you, trust that you’re an intuitive work of art, and always strive to respond to life as your highest self.

I can’t wait to do this thing with you. I’m workin’ on it and I’ll get it to you as fast as I can while also raising 4 beautiful hell-raisin’ babies. Until then, thank you for trusting me and thank you for applying effort towards becoming a better, stronger, happier, well-resourced woman. This is how we change the world. One heart at a time.
